Endogenix ships all orders discreetly and securely from within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
Endogenix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the selected method and destination.
All shipments are packaged discreetly with no reference to product contents on the exterior of the package.
International shipping availability may vary by destination.
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws, regulations, and import requirements. Endogenix does not guarantee international delivery and is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, duties, taxes, or fees assessed by foreign authorities.
Orders that are returned, seized, or destroyed by customs are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees. Endogenix is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Endogenix does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, quality control, and compliance with research material handling standards.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
• The wrong item was shipped
• The order arrived damaged due to carrier handling
• The order was incomplete
Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting customer support and including order details and photographic evidence when applicable.
Approved refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Endogenix.
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
